It was keen to set up high level arrangements corresponding with this significant event, the committee stressed highest efforts from all authorities concerned with the opening ceremony through providing all preparations related to organizing a place for the ceremony and  the entire necessary means for its success.

The Secretary General of the Shura Council indicated that this meeting, which was attended by official authorities, was to look into the preparations, arrangements and procedures necessary for the opening ceremony, noting that the meetings will continue to finalize the course of action for the opening ceremony.
