Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, Shura Council Chairman, today sent a cable of congratulations to Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Shaikh, Saudi Shura Council Speaker, on Saudi Arabia’s 93rd National Day. He asserted that the occasion provides an opportunity to highlight Saudi Arabia’s long history, spanning three centuries, and the achievements of a state founded by the late King Abdulaziz bin Saud. He expressed pride in the advanced level reached by the Bahraini-Saudi relations, thanks to the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud. Al-Saleh also commended the pivotal role played by Saudi Arabia in serving Arab and Islamic issues and safeguarding the region’s security and stability, thanks to the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia. The Shura Chairman sent a similar cable to HRH Prince Sultan bin Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Saudi Ambassador to Bahrain, wishing Saudi Arabia further progress and prosperity, under its leadership.
