Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh sent a cable of congratulations to Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Aboul Gheit, on the League of Arab States (LAS) 78th anniversary.
The Shura Chairman praised the continuous efforts of the secretary-general to consolidate the LAS's role and its keenness to unite Arab countries and prepare various regional and international challenges.
