Shura Chairman condoles with Egypt over terror attack victims

Shura Council Chairman, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, has sent a cable of condolences to Speaker of the Egyptian House of Representatives, Ali Abdel Aal Sayyed Ahmed, over the victims of the terror attack that targeted an armored vehicle in Bir Al-Abd town, North Sinai, leaving a number of officers and soldiers martyred or wounded.
Al-Saleh expressed the Shura council’s condemnation of the criminal act that goes against all divine laws and human and moral values.
He also reiterated the Shura Council’s solidarity with brotherly Egypt in denouncing and combating terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, and backing of all measures it deems necessary to safeguard its security and stability.
He prayed to Allah the Almighty to rest the souls of the victims in eternal peace, grant the injured speedy recovery and protect Egypt and its people from all evil.
Al-Saleh sent a similar cable to the Egyptian ambassador to Bahrain, Yasser Mohammed Ahmed Shaaban.
