The Equal Opportunities Committee consists of 8 members from the employees of the General Secretariat of the Council, and it’s competent to activate the national model to integrate women’s needs into the path of development through enhancing equal opportunities and integrating women’s needs into the Council’s policies, plans and budgets.

Vision:

To ensure that the principle of equal opportunities was achieved among the employees of the General Secretariat of the Shura Council.

General Objective:

To integrate women’s needs into development and achieve the principle of equal opportunities between the sexes.
