1. To ensure the observance of the principle of equal opportunities between the employees of the General Secretariat of the Council in recruitment, training, scholarship and career advancement opportunities and ensuring the observance of the needs of working women.
2. To raise the awareness of the staff of the General Secretariat in the field of intergating women's needs and equal opportunities.
3. To train the staff of the General Secretariat in the Council in the field of women’s needs in the development.
4. To provide statistics by gender on the status of working women in the General Secretariat of the Council.
