Assistant General Secretariat Mission:

Direct supervision of the Human and Financial Resources Departments and the Information Technology (IT) Department. Those departments shall be directly accountable to the Secretary-General by following policies and the Council bylaws and regulations in force, to ensure the quality of performance and to comply with the functions and competences of the departments concerned.
