The Chairman of the Shura Council H.E. Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, received at his office this morning (Thursday) the accredited ambassador of Turkey to the Kingdom of Bahrain Hon. Mr. Haldun Otman on the occasion of ending his term as ambassador to his country.  

During the meeting, H.E. the Chairman of the Shura Council praised the diplomatic efforts exerted by the Turkish Ambassador in promoting and consolidating the historical relations between the two friendly countries, and creating wider horizons of fruitful cooperation at various levels and spheres, wishing him success in his future diplomatic missions.

H.E expressed appreciation for people working in the diplomatic field and for their continued contacts with the legislative authority, aiming at closer cooperation between parliaments and exchange of visits in the context of keenness to achieve comprehensive growth and democratic development.
