The Secretary General of the Shura Council Hon. Abdul-Jalil Ibrahim Al-Tareef give emphasis to the above mentioned committee at its first meeting, which was held on 28th November, 2010 at the Shura Council premises, for the opening ceremony of the third legislative term. It was keen to set up high level arrangements corresponding with this significant event, the committee stressed highest efforts from all authorities concerned with the opening ceremony through providing all preparations related to organizing a place for the ceremony and the entire necessary means for its success.
The Secretary General of the Shura Council indicated that this meeting, which was attended by official authorities, was to look into the preparations, arrangements and procedures necessary for the opening ceremony, noting that the meetings will continue to finalize the course of action for the opening ceremony.
