Supporting Palestinian people's rights reiterated

Shura Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh said the Shura Council will continue supporting the Palestinian cause and exert more collective efforts with friendly parliaments until the Palestinian people gain their legitimate rights including establishing their independent State of Palestine with its capital located in East Al Quds.

The council's chairman reiterated the importance of maintaining the coordination and cooperation with friendly parliaments to adopt mutual stances towards the Palestinian cause at the international platforms and inter-parliamentary meetings.

Al Saleh’s remarks came as he received today Ambassador of Palestine to Bahrain, Taha Mohammed Abdelqader, reasserting that the Palestinian cause is the major cause for Arabs and Muslims and constitutes the key pillar of peace and stability in the Middle East. He added that the Shura Council will support all the efforts to achieve security and stability of the sisterly State of Palestine, and ensure the arrival of humanitarian and medical assistance.

The Palestinian ambassador praised the Kingdom’s support to the Palestinian people and their inalienable rights, and expressed the appreciation of the Palestinian leadership and people vis-à-vis the support of Bahraini NGOs and charitable foundations.
