Shura chairman hails Bahrain-Egypt ties

​Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh hailed strong relations binding Bahrain and Egypt, lauding exchanged visits between His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa and President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.

He commended bilateral relations which are based on cooperation and amity, describing joint ties as a model for pan-Arab relationships, coordinating stances regarding Arab, regional and international issues.

He commended Egypt’s honourable stances and unwavering support to Bahrain, backing the measures it has undertaken to maintain its security and stability and stave off regional challenges and threats.

Al-Saleh hailed Egypt’s pioneering and pivotal role and strenuous efforts to unite the Arab nation and champion its causes, taking pride in deep-rooted fraternal relations between Manama and Cairo, including legislative ties.
