Manama Prime Minister H.R.H Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa yesterday urged all the ministers to provide citizens with first-hand updates on the government’s services set up for them. He also asked them to respond to citizens’ queries via mass media.
H.R.H was speaking as he received a number of senior officials in the presence of Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs Chairman Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalid Al Khalifa, Shura Council Chairman H.E. Ali Saleh Al Saleh and Parliament Chairman H.E. Khalifa Al Dhahrani.
“The government will continue the comprehensive development march in the Kingdom, out of its constant keenness to improve the services it provides for the citizens, the Premier pledged. He said that the implementation of the development projects, featuring in the government plan, is on the right track.
The Premier added that more regions in the Kingdom will benefit from the government's development programmes so as to ensure that all citizens, wherever they are, receive government services and reap the dividends of the kingdom's development march.
"The Kingdom's future is promising, and we are confident that the Bahraini citizens' aspirations will be achieved whenever they cooperate and join hands for the sake of optimising national attainments," the Premier pointed out, adding that the pace of government action will be accelerated in order to meet the needs of the Bahraini people.
"Serving the citizens has always been the government's top priority,” Prince Khalifa said.
