Head of the Parliamentary Delegation Hon. Dr. Salah Ali reviewed Kingdom’s initiatives to promote security and stability nationwide. He said they reflected Bahrain’s desire to continue its pioneering democratic march.

He spoke as he participated in the International Conference based on Principles of Friendship and Cooperation in Asia, being held in the Indonesian city of Solo.

He also highlighted the incessant reform and democratic steps taken by the Kingdom.

In this context, Dr Ali held separate meetings with Heads of Cambodian, Turkish and Bangladeshi Delegations, as well as the former Indonesian Shura Council Speaker and gave them an update on the situation in the Kingdom.

Heads of the Delegations appreciated the measures taken by the Kingdom.

The latest Asian Political and Economic Developments were also discussed.
