Meeting with Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh

The Chairman of the Shura Council, His Excellency Ali Bin Saleh Al Saleh, praised the services provided by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh group for capacity-building in the Arab world, noting that the role of the group in supporting various institutions in the professional services field, will contribute in raising the standards of services provided.

This came during H.E.'s meeting with Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, Chairman of the World Information Technology Union, who presented to H.E. a detailed explanation of the group vision in Bahrain, and the intended projects to be carried out, through the transfer of its headquarters to the Kingdom of Bahrain, which would provide job opportunities to the people of the Kingdom.

In addition contributing to the further development of the country through the introduction of new technologies in the field of information and communication.

H.E. The Chairman of the Shura Council affirmed that tmhe step taken by Abu-Ghazaleh Group to move its headquarters to Bahrain reflects the good reputation enjoyed by the Kingdom, and its laws and regulations that protect investors, companies and institutions.

He stressed Bahrain is a secured home for capital and investment projects through the adoption of open economic policies, regulations and flexible economic laws that encourage economic activity freely and help to improve the investors competitiveness.

During the meeting a number of issues of common concern were discussed as well as exchanging cordial talks.
