Membership is granted to each of the first and second categories mentioned in the following classification automatically, while the third category of the membership categories listed in the following classification goes for the estimation of the President of the Parliamentary Library.

Memberships are classified into three categories as follows:
 
Category I: Chairman and members of both Councils of Representatives and the Shura and the Secretaries-General and Assistant Secretaries and the directors of their departments.

Category II: heads of departments, specialists, researchers and all the staff of the Secretariats of both Councils, and the staff authorized by the members of the Shura and the council of Representatives by two for each member after filling of the form, allocated to it.

Category III: Students of schools, universities, professional researchers and all citizens and residents in the Kingdom.
