• Organize Chairman's interviews with representatives of the local and foreign media.
• Preparation of programs for ceremonies and special events of the Council.
• Carry out activities related to parliamentary relations.
• Follow-up files concerning external relations, with foreign parliaments and regional and international parliamentary organizations.
• Preparation of special arrangements for the reception and hosting visiting delegations from abroad, and arrange accommodation and visit programs and follow-up with the relevant authorities of their respective visiting guests.
• Prepare special arrangements for the visits by the Chairman of the Council, the council's bureau, and the participating delegations from the Council.
• Monitor the national and international events.
• Preparation of cables to the councils and heads of Arab and foreign organizations, and the Bahraini social and foreign figures in the various events and the preparation of the necessary responses.
• Supervise the provision of gifts offered to the official figures when visiting the country within the established policy of the Council.
• Provide newspapers and magazines for distribution to officials of the Council, and the organization of the distribution mechanism.
• Supervise the organization of conferences, seminars and festivals and banquets for the Council.
• Provide individuals, divisions and departments within and outside the Council with the required information about Bahrain, in particular (the Shura Council) with the coordination and cooperation with the departments and sections of the public relations in other ministries.
• Place ads of condolences and congratulations of the council.
• Cooperation and coordination with the security authority of the Council concerning the organization of the entry of the guests to the premises of the Council.
• Expanding relations with schools, universities and clubs, while contributing to the development of training programs and workshops that meet the communication, in coordination with the Planning and programs Unit, at the section of media affairs.
