The General Specialty of the Directorate:

• Preparation of media plans to bring out the work and achievements of the Council, and publish them through various media means.

• Preparation and publication of bulletins and media pamphlets documenting the events and special occasions of the Council, in addition to the preparation of daily press file and the monthly electronic newsletter.

• Monitor, analyze and follow-up media broadcasts.

• Organize the interviews of the Chairman with representatives of the media, and organize conferences for various occasions, and prepare the required publications.

• Media coverage of all celebrations, meetings, activities and events which are organized by the Council.

• Develop reception programs for the Chairman of the Council and his deputies, and arrange for the reception of visiting delegations and the preparation of the schedule for them.

• Arrange for the departure and the reception of the Chairman, Secretary General, and members of the Shura Council in their official missions.

• Coordination of issuing special cards and permits to the Shura staff, visitors and guests.

• Carry out all tasks assigned to the Directorate by the Chairman, his deputies and the Secretary-General.
