3 – Incoming Letters:
A number of letters received from the Chairman of the Council of Representatives HE Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Dhahrani regarding the following:
• A Draft Law to ratify the agreement dated September 27, 2000 between Bahrain and the Swiss Confederation regarding amending and adding new item to the Air Transport Regulation Convention, signed in Manama in February 4, 1986, associated with the Royal Decree No. (11) for 2011.
• A Draft Law to ratify the Additional Protocol (7) of the Constitution of the Universal Postal Union, the General Regulation for the Universal Postal Union and the Universal Postal Convention and its Final Protocol adopted by the Bucharest Conference in 2004, associated with the Royal Decree No. (44) for 2010.
• A Draft Law to ratify the Convention between the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Government of Kuwait to regulate air services, associated with the Royal Decree No. (34) for 2008.
• A Draft Law to ratify the agreement on air services between the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, associated with the Royal Decree No. (29) for 2010.
• A Draft Law to ratify Arab Convention for the organization of passengers en routes between the Arab countries and across it, associated with the Royal Decree No. (112) for 2008.
• A Draft Law to ratify the agreement on air services between the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Government of the Republic of Sudan, associated with the Royal Decree No. (76) for 2007.
• A Draft Law approving joining International Guarantees Convention for Mobile Equipment and the attached protocol regarding Aircraft Equipment Issues, associated with the Royal Decree No. (45) for 2008.
• A Draft Law to ratify the Protocol amending some provisions of the Convention between the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium concerning air services between and beyond their respective territories, associated with the Royal Decree No. (75) for 2007.
• A Draft Law to ratify the Protocol amending some provisions of the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of Bahrain and Egypt, associated with the Royal Decree No. (11) for 2009.
• A Draft law on ratify loan agreements and ensure the project of lengthening electricity transmission networks of voltages 220 and 66 kilovolts between the Bahrain Government and the Saudi Fund for Development, associated with the Royal Decree No. (63) for 2010.
• A Draft law on ratify loan agreements and ensure the project of lengthening electricity transmission networks of voltage 220 kilovolts between the Bahrain Government and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, associated with the Royal Decree No. (64) for 2010.
• A Draft law on ratify loan agreements and ensure the project of lengthening electricity transmission networks of voltages 220 and 66 kilovolts between the Bahrain Government and Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, associated with the Royal Decree No. (43) for 2010.
• A Draft Law to ratify the Convention on the financing of imports of Saudi goods between Bahrain Electricity and Water Authority, and the Saudi Fund for Development, associated with the Royal Decree No. (69) for 2010.
4 – A question addressed to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Urban Planning, Dr. Juma Bin Ahmed Al Kaabi, submitted by Hon. Dr. Aisha Salem Mubarak, regarding the disbursement of rent in the project of dilapidated houses.
5 – The report of the Foreign Affairs, Defense and National Security regarding a draft law approving the Convention concerning mutual exemption of taxes on income and profits derived from international air transport operations and the accompanying protocol between the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
6 – The first supplementary report of the Services Committee concerning a draft law on the transfer of reserves of government officials and officers and members of the Bahrain Defense Force and Public Security, insured on their duration of service or their insurance contributions between pension funds and insurance under their control.
7 – The report of the Public Utilities and Environment Committee regarding the draft law considering Fasht Al-Jarim and Fasht Al-Adhum protected areas.
8 – Continue the discussion regarding the report of Woman and Child Affairs Committee concerning the draft law issuing Child Act, (prepared in light of bill proposals submitted by the Council of Representatives).
9 – Any Other issues.
