Item (1):
Reciting the names of absent members

- Absent members were Sayed Habib Makki Hashim, Sadeq A-Khareem  Al-Shehabi.

Item (2):
Ratification of Minutes of the Previous Session

- The Minutes were ratified and approved with amendments.

Item (3):
Incoming Letters

- Approving the request of the Head of Women and Child Affairs Committee Hon. Member Dallal Jasim Al-Zayed concerning returning the following chapters (8th, 9th and 10th) from the report of the Committee related to the bill issuing Child Act.

Item (4):
Continue discussion of the report of Women and Child Affairs Committee concerning the draft law issuing the Child Act (prepared in light of bill proposals submitted by the Council of Representatives)

- Approving the following item as amended during the session (6:5 after renumbering).
- Approving referring the following items to the Committee for further study (7:6 after renumbering).), (8:7 after renumbering), and the 3rd item (New).
- Approving to delete the following item (new item 9:2 after renumbering).
