• The Council was notified about the referral of the decree by law no. (45) for 2010, approving treating GCC citizens working in the civil service as Bahrainis, to the Legislative and Legal Affairs Committee.
• The Council was notified about the referral of the draft law concerning Trade Titles, to the Financial and Economic Committee.
• The Council was notified about the referral of the draft law amending article (391) of the Criminal Procedure Law issued via decree by law no. (46) for 2002, to the Foreign Affairs, Defense and National Security Committee.
• The Council was notified about the referral of the draft law concerning establishing Family Counseling and Consultation Offices, to the Services Committee.
• The Council was notified about the referral of the draft law amending article (41) from the Penal law, to the Foreign Affairs, Defense and National Security Committee.
• The Council was notified about the referral of the draft law ratifying the Convention concerning mutual exemption of taxes on income, and profits derived from international air transport operations and the associated Protocol between the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, to the Foreign Affairs, Defense and National Security Committee.

- Approving the draft law in principle.

Report of the Foreign Affairs, Defense and National Security Committee regarding the draft law approving joining the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety to the Convention on Biological Diversity, associated with the Royal Decree No. (65) for 2010.
- Approving the draft law in principle.
- Approving the following item as amended by the Government (the introduction, the First and the second.
- Approving the draft law as a whole, provided final opinion to be taken next session.
Item (7):
Report of the Public Utilities and Environment Committee on the decision of the Council of Representatives regarding the Shura Council's resolution on the draft law amending Article (187) of the Maritime Law, issued via Decree by Law No. (23), for 1982.
- Approving the previous resolution of the Shura Council, of rejecting the draft law in principle. Therefore, A National Assembly should be convened to decide on the draft law.

Continuing the discussion regarding the report of Woman and Child Affairs Committee concerning the draft law issuing the Child Act, (prepared in light of bill proposals submitted by the Council of Representatives)
- Approving naming section 2 (of chapter 4: chapter 6 after renumbering) as amended by the Government.
- Approving the following items as amended by the Committee (41:47 after renumbering, 42:50 after renumbering, 43:56 after renumbering, 45:58 after renumbering, 47:60 after renumbering).
