- A question addressed to the Minister of Culture Hon. Mai bint Ibrahim Al-Khalifa, submitted by Hon. member Khalid Hussain Al-Maskati regarding financial irregularities, which contradicts with the government tenders and purchases organization law, indicated in the report of the financial audit court.

- The Minister responded to the question, and Hon. Member commented.

Item (5):
A question addressed to the Minister of Culture Hon. Mai bint Ibrahim Al-Khalifa, submitted by Hon. member Fouad Ahmed Al-Hajji regarding financial irregularities, which contradicts with the public budget law, indicated in the report of the financial audit court.

Item (6):
Report of the Services Committee regarding a draft law amending some provisions of the Social Insurance Law, issued via Decree by Law No. (24) for 1976, concerning allowing payments for the insured people without delay (prepared in light of a bill proposal submitted by the Council of Representatives).

- Disapproval in principle on the mentioned draft law, agreeing with the Council of Representatives, and the Chairman of the Council refers the resolution to His Royal Highness the Prime Minister for taking note of it.

Report of the Services Committee regarding a draft law amending Article (20) of Law No. (13) for 1975, concerning organization of retirement salaries and benefits for government employees (prepared in light of a bill proposal submitted by the Council of Representatives).

- Approval in principle.

- Approving the created new second item
- Approving the draft law in total, provided the final opinion is to be taken in the next session).

Report of the Services Committee regarding a draft law amending Article (22) of the Law concerning organization of retirement salaries and benefits for Officers and members of the Bahrain Defense Force (BDF) and Public Security, issued via Decree by Law No. (11) for 1976 (prepared in light of a bill proposal submitted by the Council of Representatives).

- Approval in principle.
- Approving the following items as amended by the Committee (the Name of the draft law, the introduction, first, second: Third after renumbering).
- Approving the created new second item
- Approving the draft law in total, provided the final opinion is to be taken in the next session).
