Al-Salam Alaikum, Peace be upon you, God's mercy and blessings.
Your Majesty, I have the honor to extend to Your Majesty on my behalf
and on behalf of my brothers and sisters, members of the Shura and
Representatives Councils, my sincere thanks and appreciation for
the inauguration of the second ordinary session of the third
legislative term of the Shura and Representatives Councils.
Your Majesty, we awaited this special occasion to meet
with you and listen to your wise words and aspirations for
further achievements, construction and progress. Your Majesty, we extend congratulations to Your Majesty for the success of the by-elections, which were held at a set time that shows firm belief in the approach of democracy. I would also like to praise women's winning more parliamentary seats.

The initiatives of Your Majesty's to address the recent unfortunate events, which brought security and stability and fostered a spirit of hope and confidence in the hearts of citizens and residents, and the invitation of Your Majesty to hold a national consensus dialogue to have common grounds that contributed building on the gains of the reform project, as well as it strengthened the fabrics of community in light of the national values.
In addition to assigning the legislative and executive authorities to activate the recommendations of the national consensus dialogue. In this regard, we as members of the legislature promise to spear no effort for using our legislative and oversight tools to accomplish this task by working closely with our government, led by His Royal Highness the Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, and with the support of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
Your Majesty;
In the context of the Kingdom's commitment to international
conventions and human rights, and your good and sincere intentions to
uncover the truth about what really happened in our beloved country, and specifically to hold perpetrators accountable, and to preserve citizens' rights and dignity, in addition to ensuring freedoms and protection, you gave the order Your Majesty for establishing an Independent Commission for Investigation into the February and March regrettable incidents, consisted of personals equipped with a global reputation and extensive knowledge of international law and human rights. The Commission is continuing investigation and working very hard into inquiring in the course of events and the resulting consequences. Finally, the commission will report to Your Majesty what it deems to be appropriate, including its recommendations in this regard.
Your Majesty;
You have announced in your speech on the occasion of the last
ten days of Ramadan and inspired by the values of our religion, your
commitment to complete the provision of security and stability for your people, and that you would not allow any member of your people security-prejudiced or treated unfairly, violated in their freedom, livelihood, and education that lead to affecting contributions to their homeland, and more, tolerance and avoidance of violence are what you aim for Your Majesty, in addition to not being strict in punishment. You have forgiven those who defamed yourself, another good attribute of Your Majesty.
Last but not the least, the decree which you issued Your Majesty, creating a national fund to compensate those affected, which aims to assist those who affected. In accordance with the basic and main principles for the right to receive justice and fairness for those who fell victims of physical violations as per the international law for human rights, issued by a resolution via the General Assembly of the United Nations.

You have called upon your people to reflect on what happened and to
understand and realize that the only and the best way out of the crisis is
the unity of word, sealing differences, rejecting division and
conflicting and building on what we possess of a civilized storage
of brotherhood, fraternity, cohesion and common grounds to melt the spectrum of society in the crucible of the nation.
At this critical stage that our dear country is going through, bodies of effect at the national scene have to understand the reality of the crisis and the background and deal with it in wisdom and awareness and should read the reality with responsible sense.
At intensification of crises and calamities, the lively peoples regenerate potentials of the good, and have the courage to make their destiny by themselves and stick to grip their decision to make their future, and make their own national decision.
Bahrain will remain under your wise leadership, Your Majesty, as always, an open horizon for civilized and humane communication with all countries of the world, based on the rules of mutual respect and non interference in the internal affairs and maximizing the mutual interests and benefits.
