Al-Salam Alaikum, Peace be upon you, God's mercy and blessings.
Your Majesty,
Our meeting is renewed every year, and on behalf of myself and my brothers and sisters, members of the National Assembly we are honored to extend to Your Majesty, our sincere thanks and gratitude for kindly inaugurating the first ordinary session of the third legislative term, marking the beginning of a new phase of national action, to complete the steps of your Grand National Project, which came to embody the interests of the Bahraini citizens, expressing their hopes and aspirations, and opening future prospect before them.
Today, we congratulate Your Majesty on the resounding success of the parliamentary and municipal elections that took place in an atmosphere satiated by democracy, marked by good organization, integrity and transparency, and characterized by wide participation, making it the subject of admiration and praise from around the world, and that was a proof that the democratic option is consistent and authentic irreversible, so Your Majesty established the foundation for a strong political system that generates a brighter future for generations to follow.
It is pleasure to honor us today Your Majesty, coinciding with the celebration of the anniversary of the National Day and Your Majesty's accession to the throne, on the occasion, we extend to Your Majesty our deepest congratulations and blessings, praying to Allah Almighty to grant blessings, and to bestow Your Majesty's continued good health and happiness and longevity.

We listened to Your sound speech, which has had a greatest impact in our souls, because it enlightened our paths, gave us vision to see our steps, and a methodology to draw our way before us, while we are carrying out our constitutional and legal responsibilities in legislation and oversight in full sincerity and honesty.
We will keep in mind your initiatives regarding the development of education, training and upgrading of higher education, as well as running the economy according to your vision 2030 to achieve growth, and create job opportunities that contribute to raise standards of living. In addition to finding alternative sources of energy and the development of the existing ones, and hence we support your efforts in promoting security and stability for achieving development and growth.
We cannot talk about the achievements and successes, without referring to what has been achieved in the field of human rights, considering Bahrainis citizen as a goal of overall development and a stimulator, the Kingdom of Bahrain – under your wise approach – continued its firm approach in preserving human dignity and achieve requirements and hopes, and ensure the enjoyment of all fundamental rights.

As members of the National Assembly start the work of the first session of the third legislative term, they feel proud of what has been accomplished of great achievements on the path of our national march in all areas politically, economically and socially, and as they continue their parliamentary march they realize the enormity of the responsibility entrusted upon them, hoping for the grace of God and His help, and guidance by Your Majesty's wise directives, in cooperation with the Government towards achieving the aspirations of citizens, adopting their issues and work to strengthen the democratic process, and start parliamentary work to further prospects filled with achievements to deepen our national march.
What has been achieved wouldn't be possible without the cooperation and coordination with your Government led by His Royal Highness The Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, that his prudent directives to Ministers had a profound impact in enabling the legislature to perform its tasks as required.
Here, a word must be said, His Royal Highness The Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, is truly a statesman of high caliber, anxious by country's issues, full understanding of the situation of his community, knows how to tackle any issue and how to deal with matters quietly, confident and reassuring.
The Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the aspirations and visions of prince Salman had the greatest impact in stimulating the Council for further achievements, as well as the intelligent exploring for the future, and the great ability to mix politics with economy.

Before ending my speech, we thank God Almighty for giving us a wise leader, owns a wise wisdom, has a rational mind, and our beloved country Bahrain lives in his conscience.
