ORDER NO (11) FOR THE YEAR 2008
FORMATION OF A LEGAL ADVISORY BOARD

After reviewing the decision No (9) of 2008 with respect to the formation and regulation of a Legal Advisory Board at the Shura Council, it has been determined the following:

Article 1
A Legal Advisory Board at the Shura Council is hereby formed, comprising the following Advisors:

- Dr. Issam Abdul Wahab Al-Berzanji, Legal Advisor to the Shura Council.
- Mr. Mohsin Hameed Marhoon, Legal Advisor for Committee Affairs.
- Dr. Mohammed Abdulla Al-Daylami, Legal Advisor for Committee Affairs.

Article 2
Dr. Issam Abdul Wahab Al-Berzanji is hereby appointed Chairman of the Advisory Board.

Article 3
The Secretary-General of the Shura Council shall monitor the implentation of this Decision, which shall take effect on the date of its issuance.

Administrative Decision  No. 17

Pursuant to the Resolution No. 10 of 2004 with regard to Personnel Rules; and Based on Article No. 10 of Chapter Two of  Personnel Rules;

It has been decided to appoint Dr. Ali Hassan Mohammed Al Tawalbah as Legal Advisor in the Consultants Office with effect from the date hereof.
